Lantz Howard helps high-performing Christian men close the gap between who they are on the outside and who they are on the inside. He believes becoming a wholehearted leader is the work.
He is a former executive pastor, ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC) and trained Marriage and Family Therapist. He is working on publishing his first book, Champion Husband: The High Performers Playbook for More Peace, Passion, and Power in His Marriage.
He hosts the Wholehearted Leadership podcast, featuring conversations with guests like John Eldredge, Patrick Lencioni, Henry Cloud, and John Delony, alongside real-time coaching sessions.
He coaches men through private 1:1 work, and their marriages as desired. He also leads The Arena, where men who choose the narrow path show up to do the work together — in community and through in-person adventures.
He and his wife, Jessica, lead IntimacyOS, a marriage framework for high-capacity couples who want to take their marriage to the next level, and take couples on Marriage Camp expeditions.
When he's not deep in conversation, you'll find him with his four daughters and his wife of 21 years, living an intentional life — pursuing Jesus, homeschooling, and planning their next surf or hiking adventure.
