Desire Starts on Monday Morning

Did your sex drive recently dive?

Before you look to testosterone, blame her, or call it midlife.

It may have less to do with drive than it does with stress.

Your body is keeping track more than you realize.

Back to school.
End of summer vacation.
Dropping the first one at the dorm.
Grieving the transition of another season.

Life is full. However, if you want to feel fully alive, it will require doing the sacrificial work that is essential to reigniting what you want most.

Your drive may be low because your not cultivating desire.

You are responsible for cultivating desire.

Become desirable from the inside out.
Own your own emotional needs.
Have fun before the bedroom.

Close the sexual drive gap by regulating your body and mind by learning how to connect with yourself and then bring that connection forward with your wife.

And remember, sexual intimacy is one way of connecting with your spouse. Ensure that you are taking time to notice her this week, compliment her, and send the flirty texts.

Desire and connection start on Monday morning.

Be Strong,
